Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class depending on weight and typically arrive in 2-5 business days.
Standard shipping for orders shipped within the Continental US is a flat rate fee per order of $5.00. Free standard shipping for all orders over $75.00 in the US only.
You will be notified when your ordered is shipped via email with your tracking number.
Once the order is delivered to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing orders. To ensure prompt and successful delivery, please verify your address is correct prior to checking out.
If your item is not everything you wished for, you may return it.
Any returned items must be postmarked 15 days after the purchase of your item. Returns will be refunded by in-store credit only. Please allow up to 7 days from the time we receive your return for us to credit your account with The 845 Boutique.
Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please do not remove tags and return in the original packaging. Items purchased on SALE, jewelry, scarves, belts, and hair accessories CANNOT be returned.
If you receive your item in the mail and it is defective or damaged, please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. No exceptions after the 3 days.
